The kids had a blast hosting a super soaker house party!

We were chosen by House Party to host a super soaker house party! The kids had tons of fun playing with the water guns. House Party sent some water guns and tons of Cheetos to start the party. I didn't get very many pictures because everyone was having to much fun!

library fun in June 2013

Junie B. Jones Stinky Smelly Bus visited Barnes and Nobles. The place was packed so it was hard to see much of the little show that they did. The kids were happy enough to see the bus! :)

The Cobb County Library System has some great programs planned this summer. Juli and Jayden are signed up for many of them. They've done lots of art work there so far!

Creative Discovery Museum in Chattanooga, TN 5/30/13

I can't say enough good things about this children's museum. My kids love visiting there. This visit we went with our home school group and even took some friends that were visiting from out of town.

The Special exhibit was the Magic Treehouse! The kids and I have have read the entire series together so we were all excited to explore some of the places that Jack and Annie have taken us in the stories.

Jayden loves to make movies with their stop animation movie making equipment. He will be taking a class on it this fall!

Hunter Art Museum in Chattanooga, TN 5/29/13

Spent the afternoon with friends at the Hunter Art museum. It was nice, but we aren't adding it to our list of favorites.

I had to take a picture of this piece because Juli said that it was about getting drunk...

The museum is attached to an old mansion.

Apparently the orange pegs were at war with the white while we waited for dinner at Cracker Barrel.

My kids love to play card games. We took a break after dinner to play a game at the hotel before we went swimming.

Rock Climbing at Escalade 5/23/13

Both the kids hate to have things attached to them. Finally on our 3rd visit they were both willing to try out being harnessed to climb the big walls.

Jayden is terrified of heights so his goal was to get his feet above my head. He did it once and was done. He did ask to go back and try and climb higher. We have plans to go this Friday!
