The Best Fudge Brownies

Whenever I need to take a dish to share I always bake desserts! The best meal of the day.
I was very excited to find a Ghiradelli's at our new outlet mall and stocked up on baking chocolates. If anyone is near the Woodstock Outlet there chocolate chips are cheaper then at the grocery store and the milk chocolate chips are BOGO right now!

Countless people have asked me for my fudge brownie recipe, so here it is! Enjoy and please let me know if you try something different and how it turns out.

My one pot brownies!

Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter = 1 stick
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp of salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Melt butter with unsweetened and semi-sweet chocolate on the stove stirring constantly.
Remove from heat once melted
Add sugar, vanilla, and salt (I add a little less).
Mix in eggs followed by the flour.
Finally add in a 1/2 cup (I never measure this...) of milk chocolate chips or any kind to change it up (toffee, peanut butter, white etc...)
Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray well.
Bake at 375 for about 30-40 minutes.
You don't want a tooth pick to come out clean! You want it to be fudgy!
Let cool for about 10 minutes then put in the freezer on an oven mitt for about 30 minutes.
Then enjoy!
For easy cutting you can lift the foil out of the pan.
It doubles easily too! This was a double batch I just made today.

I like to cut mine into bite size pieces because they are very rich tasting and perfect for a group snack.
