Knobels Grove 6/25/09

We spent the day at my favorite amusement park in Pennsylvania called Knobels Grove. The kids had a good time riding on the rides and eating yummy food. Zena, Luke and Miranda were able to join us.

Carnegie Science Center, Pittsburgh PA 6/23/09

We went to the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh with Grandma Hennequant, Aunt Carrie and cousin Hailey. The kids all had a great time and had fun playing together and enjoyed the miniature train set that they have.

Visiting Justin's Pap and Uncle Mark 6/22

We visited Justin's Grandfather in Etna, PA which is on the other side of Pittsburgh. The kids had a great time playing with Uncle Mark and Pap!

Daddy's favorite ice cream shop

Yesterday we finished our drive to Pittsburgh but made a very important stop for ice cream! We took Justin to his favorite ice cream shop for Father's day called Sarris. They have a yummy chocolate sauce that they pour on top called hard cap and Justin loves it. The kids had fun walking through the candy shop and picking out a piece to eat later. Everyone slept a little better last night than they did the first night. Julianna had a really hard time and kept asking to go home. :( They both had a great time playing with their cousin Hailey, Grandma, Uncle Jon and Tom and Aunt Carrie.

Great start to our trip!

We woke up early and were on the road an hour before we expected to be! The kids were so well behaved, Justin and I are both in shock! We only had to stop twice for bathroom/food and twice for gas, Julianna stayed dry all day too. There was hardly any whining or crying today. We figured we wouldn't get to the hotel till 7pm or later.... we arrived at 4:30! I hope the last 5 hours of our drive to Pittsburgh tomorrow are as good as they were today. We are headed to the pool for a swim now.

Waterbattle/juicy juice playdate

I am currently on a juicy juice panel so we had a tasting party today. The kids had a blast with water balloons the, slip n' slide and water guns. Then they all enjoyed juicy juice popcicles and icees with juicy juice. So heres a pic of Julianna enjoying her cherry icee and Jayden running from his friend Luke before he got hit with another water balloon. Jayden kept calling the water balloons water bubbles. LOL Julianna had fun with the water guns even though her fingers were to small to make them work.
