Not only is it odd for snow to stick to the ground in Georgia, it is unlikely that it creates the whole city to shut down for a almost a week! This is the most snow that we've seen in Georgia in the 8 years that we've lived here! The kids were very excited to play in it. The dog took awhile to get used to it, but was very happy when it had all melted.
